Funding announcements that get watched.

For tech and AI companies announcing a round. We write, film and distribute the announcement, from the first line of the post to the film under it.

We have done it for Slash’s $100M Series C, depthfirst’s $80M Series B, HockeyStack’s $50M raise, PromptQL’s $136M, Minerva’s $20M Series A and Moda’s $7.5M. The Slash announcement drew 1.9M+ views, 12.8K+ likes and 5.1K+ comments in total.

Each announcement and its first line.

Each tile shows the first line of the launch post and links to the film. Most put the number in the first line and attach it to a claim. Minerva opens on the claim and gives the $20M Series A in the next sentence.

How an announcement is built.

The structure comes from our work with Slash, across four product and milestone launches in 2025 and 2026.

The same skeleton every time

A founder-led film at the center, an X launch thread, a LinkedIn cut, and a two-tier influencer layer underneath. The skeleton stays the same. The story inside it changes, because an audience cannot be sold the same claim twice.

Open on the bold claim

You have a few seconds to say why anyone should care before they scroll and the algorithm logs the exit. So every Slash film opens on the bold claim, and every claim is the viewer’s problem. Banks rejecting your business. PayPal and Wise freezing your money.

Write the raise as a claim

The first version of WithCoverage’s launch line was “We raised $42M to give every ambitious company access to the best insurance.” We ran it through the test we run on every bold claim: would someone outside the industry find it interesting?

The rewrite: “We raised $42 million to replace every insurance broker.” A claim about an industry, with an enemy in it. The launch reached 1.9M views in one day.

A creator layer underneath

Amplification only compounds when it lands inside the launch window. The same vetted roster fired for Slash on each launch, and one Slash launch pulled over 1.7M influencer views.

What to expect, and how long it takes.

A launch typically takes 4 to 6 weeks from kickoff.

What kind of results should we realistically expect?

Successful launches land between 2–10M views, hundreds of demos booked, and a serious spike in inbound. We amplify what's already there, so the stronger your product and offer, the bigger the upside.

How long does it take from start to finish?

Typically 4 to 6 weeks from kickoff to launch. Week one is scripting, then once we're aligned we film. Weeks three through six are storyboarding and post production, with multiple rounds of revisions until everyone is happy. We only take on a limited number of clients at a time, so if you have a launch coming up, book a call now to get on the calendar.
